Request Account Deletion
This page applies to Charleston Catholic Athletics and every school-branded StrataCast Mobile Athletics App operated by StrataSportsSuite. You can use it even if the app is no longer installed.
Delete directly in the app
In the latest app, open Account, choose Delete app account, enter your current password, and confirm Permanently delete. If you have no account, choose Delete guest data instead. Deletion removes saved gifts, preferences, and sign-ins immediately. An app account is shared across StrataCast apps, so deleting it removes that account across those apps.
A beta gift removed by deletion cannot be recovered. Deleting guest data does not delete a gift already saved to an app account. Deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription: use Manage Apple subscriptions in the app to cancel future billing. A paid purchase can later be restored using the same Apple Account.
If you cannot access the app
- Email the request from the address used for your app account whenever possible.
- Include the app name, account email address, and school.
- Respond to any reasonable identity-verification request so we do not delete the wrong account.
If the button does not open your email app, send the request to bryan@stratasportssuite.com with the subject “Mobile Athletics account deletion request.”
What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete the app-only account and personal information associated with it, including its saved school memberships and app preferences, and revoke its active mobile sessions. Associated notification registrations and live-event follows will be deleted or disconnected from the account as applicable.
Limited security, fraud-prevention, legal, or store-transaction records may be retained when required and will be separated from the deleted account where appropriate. Store subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google and are not automatically canceled by deleting a StrataSportsSuite app account.
Dashboard accounts are separate StrataSportsSuite service accounts. If your mobile access uses a dashboard account, identify that in your request so we can verify and handle the request for the correct services.
